Responsibility

  • the role reports into the Director within the department and based within the local jurisdiction
  • main Responsibilities and Duties
  • act as an escalation point in relation to complex and/or high risk on-boarding and periodic review cases
  • oversee the effective management of a team, ensuring a professional and comprehensive service is provided to internal colleagues and in line with strategic objectives set by the Group Board
  • provide support on ad-hoc projects
  • oversee and manage the operations of the ICS Business Operations team in Edinburgh, which is responsible for both the on-boarding of corporate, funds and employee benefit structures across a variety of ICS jurisdictions as well as periodic reviews for the ES business
  • create and ensure alignment of team’s strategy to overall strategic objectives and KPIs set by the Group
