field service engineer
Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- our technologies include CCTV, displays and associated software and cloud services, delivered within the bus, rail and airport industries
- responsible for carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance and audits on our vehicle technology products

- we install, integrate and maintain market-leading technology and infrastructure systems, manufactured by ourselves and our trusted partners, to deliver smarter, safer and more sustainable transport services
- we have an opportunity for someone experienced in vehicle installations, vehicle telematic installations or technology installations to join our team. The role will work 10-hour night shifts 4 days per week
- working under the guidance of a senior engineer, this role will provide additional support to our existing network of Field Service Engineers
- attend and support the Account Manager and National Service Manager at customer meetings when required
Requirements
- demonstrable experience of vehicle installations
- experience working with vehicle telematics and technology installation repair and maintenance is essential
- trained to FITAS standards
- able to work at heights confidently
- must hold full UK driving Licence
- excellent customer service skills
- good team player
- vehicle installations: 2 years
