customer Experience: Ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all clients
operations: Managing inventory, scheduling/reservations and ensuring the concession is well maintained and presentable at all times
visual Merchandising: Suggesting and executing visual merchandising improvements to enhance the customer experience and ensuring merchandise is stocked and well presented
client Consultation: Assessing client needs and preferences to provide tailored styling services
Requirements
minimum 5 years experience as a senior stylist
first-class communication skills
ability to act as brand ambassador at all time
self starter with a proactive attitude
experience of working with high net worth individuals and A List clients providing luxury customer service
proven complaint escalation experience and ability to resolve in the moment, face-to-face
this is a multi-faceted role and you will be required to work closely with the Spa Reception team to ensure your column is optimised, and to utilise any ‘white space’ time to work with the hotel teams to continue to grow and improve the concession
