  • we are looking for two people who want the chance to join one of our Lettings teams based in South Manchester You need to be target driven, have a keen eye for detail and customer focused in a delivering first class service
  • experience although preferred is not essential and the successful candidates will gain experience in all aspects of the rental market with progression towards senior lettings or even lettings manager role available

Responsibility

  • provide excellent customer service to all agents and clients
  • handle all incoming calls, emails, and documents in a timely manner
  • computer literate - Maintain and update the agent database with new information
  • manage the agent’s diary, including appointments, calls, documents, etc
  • conduct viewings
  • negotiate offers between vendor and buyer
  • assist with agent marketing campaigns by creating presentations and writing proposals
  • work with other agents to coordinate marketing activities

Requirements

  • must be able to work in Sale Office
  • must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; clean driving record; no DUI in the last 10 years
  • excellent communication skills are a must
  • excellent organisational skills are a must
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is a must
