- the role will be working on a busy reception taking calls from patients and dealing with customers face to face
- the practise is operating a closed-door policy so the patients will have pre booked appointments
- it is essential for this role that you are passionate to provide first class customer service
- your role as a Receptionist
- the ideal person will have previous experience within a receptionist / switchboard / administrative role, however other experience can be considered
- the person will also need to hold an enhanced DBS, ideally registered on the update service
- process requests for model slots in a timely manner
- being the first point of call for all visitors
- creating model slots in the clinic office diary including model requirements
- dealing with a high volume of calls using a switchboard
- working on a busy switchboard, answering calls and transferring them
- requesting photographs from models and submitting to trainers to confirm suitability
- ensure that all calls are answered in a timely, polite, and professional manner in line with customer service guidelines
- this role will involve providing excellent customer service mainly on a switchboard, dealing with a high number of calls, along with providing an administration support function within the office
- signing visitors in and out of the office and directing them
- you will be confident in building relationships with a wide range of people, from models to trainers, and have the ability to multi-task and successfully complete all duties
- completing all model contact and personal information
- transferring calls to the appropriate colleague/department
- managing the room booking system
- telephoning models to promote appointment opportunities and discuss treatments and risks
- manage and maintain customer complaints/issues log arising out of any calls taken
- the role requires someone with previous experience of working within a doctor’s surgery or medical practice who is proficient with EMIS Web
- general administration and ad hoc duties for example dealing with the post
- developing model database & pipeline by cross-selling treatments and updating treatment interests in model records
- this role is permanent working Monday to Friday 8.30AM – 5.00PM and paying an annual salary of between £19,000 – £20,000 per annum dependant on experience
- updating details on the company’s computer system

- obtaining full payment within a week of the model’s appointment
- full time and part time shifts are available, and the hourly rate offered is up to £10.50ph DOE, with immediate starts considered
- ensure that all visitors are welcomed into the Company and have received excellent customer service

Requirements
- must have pervious reception experience, ideally within a car dealership, however this is not essential
- have worked in administration or reception roles and have strong experience in this area
- ideally previous experience within a receptionist / switchboard / administrative role, however other experience can be considered
