Responsibility

  • daily tasks
  • setting up all new customer accounts according to defined procedures
  • regular customer and supplier documentation checks and account reviews
  • debt chasing
  • allocation & reconciliation of B2C accounts
  • uploading and coding supplier invoices
  • ad Hoc reporting and analysis – Internal and External
  • chasing for supplier credit notes and reconciling the purchase ledger accounts

Requirements

  • solid administration skills and a good level of numeracy
  • excellent communication - written and verbal with both internal and external customers
  • high attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • work well with others as part of a team
  • interest in development and learning new skills
