Requirements


  • online Test – You will be required to reach the pass mark set for our online test
  • eligibility Questions – You will be asked a series of questions relating to the role and working for the organisation. If you meet the criteria here, you will be directed to the initial application form
  • our unique Professional Growth Network is a networking group run by early career professionals for early career professionals
  • completed a bachelor's degree by August 2024
  • eligibility to work in the UK&I by start of employment
  • full mobility across the UK&I, along with a willingness to relocate as required by Hilton
  • A passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry
  • availability to start full time employment as of 2nd of September 2024
  • hold, or on track to achieve, a 2:1 or higher in your degree ideally in: Engineering Law, Health & Safety
  • be able to demonstrate continued professional development which evidences the skills / competencies required for this role
  • good knowledge of innovation process
  • have the right to work in the UK
  • be able to start employment on the 4th September 2023
  • be flexible in location and be able to flexibly move between assignments
  • A degree in either Computer Science or Engineering , or due to complete this before September 2023
