- help maintain company vehicles, ensuring they remain in good condition and are kept clean
- assist the driver with the delivery, installation, recovery, and collection of hire equipment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines
- communicate with customers professionally, providing updates on ETAs and any relevant information
- maintain all Company vehicles in good, clean condition
- support the Driver Operator with navigation and directions when needed
- communicate effectively with customers, advising them of ETAs on the way to the site
- ensure the completion of daily vehicle checks via the Driver Convey App
- support the Driver Operator with map reading and providing directions when necessary
Requirements
- strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks
- ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- hold valid CSCS Card
