- be responsible for the whole site in the Farm Managers absence and ensure that all stock associated with the farm are managed to the highest level - Death rates are minimised and below target - Animal welfare issues are minimised by proactive identification and treatment - The highest level of Animal Welfare standards are adhered to at all times - Animal health strategies are agreed with the Company Vet before being implemented
- ensure accurate and up to date records are maintained for all farm activities in the managers absence
- comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements - Protect the Health and Safety of all though instituting and adherence to a safety culture - Eliminate, minimise or isolate all Health, Safety or Environmental hazards - Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures
