Job Purpose:The Animal Feed Mill Administrator is responsibility for the daily administration and control of data within the Mill.Key Responsibilities:Dealing with telephone calls, correspondence and inquiries as well as providing information both externally and internallyMaintain database as well as support the Mill Team in administration functionBuild close working relationships with internal and external suppliers and customers to understand their requirements.Identification to problem areas and clearly communication to relevant departmentWeekly and monthly reconciliationsEnsure compliance with all legal requirements (Welfare, H&S, Environmental and HR) and relevant organisation policies and guidelines.Job Requirement: EssentialPrevious experience in data inputting and invoice resolutionProficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Sage 50Strong administration skills along with Basic MathematicsCommunication SkillsFlexibility, willingness to learn and a Positive can-do attitudeDriven, enthusiastic, competent individual with excellent eye for detailExperience in working within a fast pace environmentExcellent time management skillsDesirable: Accounts experienceThis document is designed for guidance only and is not exhaustive.
