- deliver components of the Starting Calibration, Aftertreatment Calibration & Catalyst Heating Calibration, including validation and robustness to noise factors
- to manage IQM projects that have a defined problem statement into the root cause, corrective action, implementation and prevent recurrence steps
- own the design and release of one or multiple electric machine components across various electric machine programmes
- define functional component and subsystem battery targets to support system requirements
- diagnose equipment issues, own the issue and use available resources resolve
- provide technical expertise to team problem solving activities to accurately identify root cause and corrective actions

- lead the development of DFMEA, Design Rules, Requirement Management and Design Verification

- responsible for Agile ceremony planning and execution alongside the Group Scrum Master
