- manage the Site Audit Schedule, to include allocation of resources, non-conformance monitoring and effective close-outs. Member of the site Audit Team
- manage Monthly Line audits, Hygiene/Housekeeping and Building Fabric audits, FB and Glass integrity audits
- respond to customer queries
- oversee Pest Control contract, to ensure it is effectively implemented
- manage the site Allergen information to include validations, risk assessments and allergen review meetings
- trend quality information and prepare reports for meetings and for communication with
- manage the ACE site non-conformance recording system covering external & internal audits ensuring relevant personnel have completed investigations, root causes and corrective actions
