Responsibility

  • J&I Cleaning Services is looking for a new member to join our office team as a Sales and Development Manager
  • the candidate’s duties will include the following
  • attending client's sites and carrying out quotations if required - training will be provided
  • communicating and maintaining the relationship with our clients
  • preparing quotations for clients from notes which our surveyors have taken during their visit to the clients premises. These quotations are to be prepared on an existing template which is provided
  • reviewing and preparing post clean reports for clients after they have had a cleaning service carried out by one of our teams
  • keeping close contact with our surveyors and ensuring all information they have noted about a clients premises is included in the quotation and passed onto the operations team
  • carrying out general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, updating our client database, maintaining email correspondence and keeping up to date with book keeping tasks
