- ● Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs
- ● Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- ● Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
- ● Cleaning all grill and food preparation equipment, floors and other kitchen tools or areas
- ● Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
- ● Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- ● To assist with food & beverage preparation for delivery.( Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber

- ● Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines

- ● Level 1, 2 & 3 food safety awards
- ● Level 2 Health and Safety in the Workplace Award
- ● Food Allergen training

- ● Experience of kitchen equipment including dangerous sharp knives
- ● 2+ years of relevant experience
