- ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
- washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
- conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- front of house/ customer service experience in a fast food environment
- basic Food Safety Qualification
- awareness of manual handling techniques
- understanding the importance of health and hygiene
- great customer service
- experience in a quality production style / branded environment
- confident
- evidence of ability to lead change with new technologies and ways of working
