- analyzing client information and full campaign briefs, schedules and defining the transcreation / or localization approach

- accountable for project status, ensuring transcreation quality and service always meet expectations. Quality Assurance of all projects delivered to client
- reporting feedback from users and escalating sensitive issues in a timely manner
- communicate clearly and concisely to client queries about your area of specialism
- be able to build estimates to supplied rate card along with bespoke costs under time pressures with short notice
- measuring and capturing key data, trends, sentiments and reactions to content messaging formats across all communities
- align content with the overall project objectives and with the general strategy

- push your abilities beyond meeting the brief to find innovative ways to push content forward
- attending client and internal meetings as necessary to discuss projects briefs / requirements
- lead content reporting or contribute to reporting in line with specialism requirements
- overseeing day-to-day transcreation / copy origination projects, serving as primary contact between suppliers, internal teams and end client with ultimate goal of ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive working relationships
- inter-connected working with your own team members as well as with colleagues across the teams, assisting as required with any transcreation tasks, projects and contributing your knowledge of language

- as a Language Services Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing all language, transcreation and translation project planning and delivery, working collaboratively with your account management, planning, creative & production team colleagues, and our pool of freelance linguists and writers
- manage active audience engagement on social platforms, getting involved in relevant conversations with a view to increasing engagement, encouraging interaction and creating communities around the client
- as a Transcreation Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing all language, transcreation and translation project planning and delivery, working collaboratively with your account management, planning, creative & production team colleagues, and our pool of freelance linguists and writers
- as a subject matter expert within your respective area of Language Services, you’ll own and be accountable for projects, whilst also supporting other Language Services Content Managers to ensure the team is collectively driving projects through to successful execution, and producing the highest quality of localised content, all on time and within budget
- you’ll own – and be accountable for – each transcreation project from the point of project setup, driving it through to successful execution, ensuring that we produce the highest quality of localised content, all on time and within budget
- identifying new strategies, approaches & workflows for your account for continued improvement and reporting these to account or LS Lead as applicable
Requirements
- qualifications - BA or MA in Translation, Localization or similar language qualification or experience
- proven experience in a transcreation project / account management role
- experience building audiences and increasing engagement

- adept at building relationships at all levels both within the business and with our clients
- excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to flex and pivot in a fast-paced industry
- have an excellent understanding of all social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Twitter
- identify a specific area of expertise within your specialism
- cool and calm when working under pressure along with the ability to anticipate – and solve – problems
- must be a team player, and be able to wear different hats as needed
- be a trusted colleague who inspires confidence in successful delivery of the project
- experience with creative / social media agencies desired
- 3+ years experience executing community management on behalf of a brand
- good team player – collaborative but also a good self-starter, able to work independently
