Responsibility

• we are looking for a reasonably experienced, hard-working and safety-conscious person to join our team as a HGV Driver Tipper Driver
• the successful candidate will have a clean driving record, good interpersonal skills, and be capable of working independently with little oversight
• ensuring all documentation is completed accurately with attention to detail and reporting any issues and defects immediately

• adhering to safe working practices to ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times
• complying with all relevant legislation in line with Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive requirements
• daily walk around checks and checking wheel nuts
• keeping truck clean, inside and out- washing vehicle once a week
• keeping truck clean, inside and out - washing vehicle once a week
• good timekeeping and able to work unsupervised
• enthusiastic and reliable with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• must have good communication skills and a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to work
• local area knowledge preferred
• previous HGV ROAD SWEEPER DRIVER experience preferred, but not essential
• previous tipping experience preferred, but not essential
• prefer a minimum of 2 years Class 2 experience, due to insurance excesses
• if successful, you will have sufficient training upon starting to ensure you are familiar with your vehicle and the work
