Responsibility
- an opportunity has arisen within our Finance Team for you to join us as Credit Controller
- collect cash from customers in line with payment terms
- liaise with customers and other departments to resolve all customers’ queries, and elicit payment
- prepare and issue stage payment invoices at the earliest appropriate time and process through the accounting systems
- upload customer invoices to various customer platforms and portals, and monitor progress
- as Credit Controller at JDR Cable Systems you will deal with all aspects of credit control, sales invoice generation and processing and monitoring the stage payment process
- prepare and issue revenue invoices as goods are shipped, and process through the accounting systems

Requirements
- ideally you will have experience of working in multiple currencies and the ability to adapt your approach
- in order to fulfil this role you will be required to show determination and tenacity to ensure critical deadline are met
- you will have extensive experience in a Credit Controller role gained within an international business and ideally hold a recognised credit management qualification
- we are ideally looking for someone who has experience of working within a projects based organisation and who has experience of project milestone invoicing
- A strong communicator, you will be confident working under your own initiative, adept at managing multiple and conflicting priorities, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- we are looking for candidates who have a can-do attitude and have a pro-active approach to your role, especially with regards to managing stakeholders
