- we are looking to appoint a new Legal Services Administrator, ideally with experience of data licensing contracts
- we are a dynamic, industry-shaping company working with clients in the insurance, finance, government and disaster risk reduction sectors across the world
Contract type
- you will also be an administrator for DocuSign assisting the business with any queries/issues arising from its use
- you will need to be able to perform quality checks of contracts pre- and post-execution supported by the paralegal
- with support from the paralegal and Business Services team you will have overall responsibility for the contract logging processes to ensure contracts are accurately logged and our files are kept up to date supporting improved reporting and contract access
- A vital part of the role will be achieving the simplification of all contract processes and the administrative tasks associated with contracts; therefore you will be actively looking for ways of streamlining and reducing processes at all levels, yet ensuring compliance at all levels
