We are looking to appoint a new Legal Services (Contracts and IP) Administrator, ideally with experience of data licensing contracts.Your role:You will be working as part of the Business Services team, reporting to the Head of Legal. The Business Services team is a service area providing financial, HR, Learning and Development, Health and Safety, and legal support. You will also work closely with our Business Development and Data teams. You must be happy to take on a mix of both administrative and licence review work, supporting in the following main areas:Contract Administration:· With support from the paralegal and Business Services team you will have overall responsibility for the contract logging processes to ensure contracts are accurately logged and our files are kept up to date supporting improved reporting and contract access. This is across several systems.· You will help prepare client advice notes on all new and amended contracts (these are contract summaries aligned to our logging systems) and circulate to key stakeholders, logging details on our systems.· You will review and help prepare answers to supplier questionnaires provided by our clients and help review and collate documents for any responses to tenders.· You will prepare more general contract summaries as needed on ad hoc basis.· In addition, you will be responsible for the administration of the internal legal contract files to ensure files are kept up to date, contracts numbered in order following a consistent filing, naming convention and the correct folder structures are adopted.· Help locate copies of legal agreements as requested by the business.· Provide training on the contra

Contract type: with support from the paralegal and Business Services team you will have overall responsibility for the contract logging processes to ensure contracts are accurately logged and our files are kept up to date supporting improved reporting and contract access, you will also be an administrator for DocuSign assisting the business with any queries/issues arising from its use, you will need to be able to perform quality checks of contracts pre- and post-execution supported by the paralegal, A vital part of the role will be achieving the simplification of all contract processes and the administrative tasks associated with contracts; therefore you will be actively looking for ways of streamlining and reducing processes at all levels, yet ensuring compliance at all levels
