• supporting our carers to provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
• administering medication, orally, sub cut, intra muscular, nasal, sublingual and topical

• writing and updating nursing care plans, and keeping accurate daily records
• promoting our resident’s choice, dignity and independence and all times
• leading the team by providing support, structure and guidance as required
• this role is a hands on role with supernumerary time given when required depending on the needs of the home
• you will be working alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Manager of Care
