- wound care, catheter care, end of life care including syringe drivers, medicines management, diabetes care
- supporting our carers to provide personal care and support with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
- administering medication, orally, sub cut, intra muscular, nasal, sublingual and topical
- writing and updating nursing care plans, and keeping accurate daily records
- promoting our resident’s choice, dignity and independence and all times
- leading the team by providing support, structure and guidance as required
- this role is a hands on role with supernumerary time given when required depending on the needs of the home
- you will be working alongside the Home Manager and Deputy Manager of Care
