Responsibility

  • support the Manager and Head Chef in their ambition to elevate the business and re-launch
  • build and train the team to the highest standard of professional fine dining service
  • achieve targets as set by the Directors
  • maximise revenues through, enhancing the guest experience, high standards and personable service
  • build relationships with our guests/customers, ultimately growing customer base and loyalty to Salty’s
  • leading the team during service, playing an active role in all aspects
  • managing bookings and liaising with customers about their special events
  • adhere to and train the team to maintain the highest health & safety and hygiene ratings and protocol

Requirements

  • passion for providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
  • A proactive and confident approach
  • solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate, support and mentor your team
  • A passion for food and beverage and the 'foodie' culture. Good knowledge of wine but additional training will be given
  • ability to work well as part of a professional senior leadership team
  • willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
