Responsibility

  • support the Manager and Head Chef in their ambition to elevate the business and re-launch
  • build and train the team to the highest standard of professional fine dining service

Responsibility

  • prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to during the preparation and cooking processes
  • assist in the planning and creation of new dessert menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques
  • maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
  • collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods
  • monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management for reordering
  • participate in training new kitchen staff on pastry techniques and food safety practices
