Responsibility
- support the Manager and Head Chef in their ambition to elevate the business and re-launch
- build and train the team to the highest standard of professional fine dining service
- achieve targets as set by the Directors
- maximise revenues through, enhancing the guest experience, high standards and personable service
- build relationships with our guests/customers, ultimately growing customer base and loyalty to Salty’s
- leading the team during service, playing an active role in all aspects
- managing bookings and liaising with customers about their special events
- adhere to and train the team to maintain the highest health & safety and hygiene ratings and protocol
Requirements
- passion for providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- A proactive and confident approach
- solid people management skills, ability to set clear objectives, motivate, support and mentor your team
- A passion for food and beverage and the 'foodie' culture. Good knowledge of wine but additional training will be given
- ability to work well as part of a professional senior leadership team
- willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams
