- setting and operating a range of 3 and 4 Axis CNC Millers
- work from engineering drawings and specifications to deliver accurate, high-quality results
- set up machines, load materials, and run test pieces to verify accuracy before full production
- monitor machining operations and make real-time adjustments as needed
- inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards
- perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of machinery
- generate CNC programs either offline using CAD/CAM software or directly at the machine using Fanuc, Haas, Heidenhain, or Hurco controls
