Responsibility
- as Shift Supervisor, it is your responsibility to run all aspects of the department across the shift
- follow the Quality Manual protocols and ensure all factory records are completed
- complete relevant training programmes as required by the company
- undertake fault finding and remedial action on equipment

- identify root causes of problem when escalating to the wider production team
- we have been making chocolate in our Somerset factory for over 20 years, and are experts in manufacturing for Nut Butter Brands and companies in the Healthy Lifestyle & Snacking sector
- ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cared for through adherence to cleaning procedures and planned preventative maintenance
