we are looking to recruit a Part - Time Technical / Quality Management System Lead based in our office in near Shepton Mallet. 1 - 2 days per week, competitive salary depending upon experience
carry our regular audits to check that factory records are completed
complete relevant training programmes as required by the company
your main responsibilities will be to support the business with the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management systems
it is your responsibility to co-ordinate the scheduled and non-scheduled activities of the site to assure compliance with the Quality Management System

to work as assigned in the production area, operating machinery to make products to required recipes, yields and quality to deliver the production plan
to ensure maintenance of good housekeeping and health & safety standards within the department and the site
to undertake any other reasonable duties assigned by the Supervisor to maintain the flow of production
to always adhere to all company and site policies
to raise any issues with Senior Production Operative as and when required
to ensure continuous operation of the line through support of all team member
