  • on a monthly basis complete a CITB Grant Summary report for issue

Responsibility

  • attending weekly and monthly and weekly leadership team meetings for both functions and keeping minutes as needed
  • management of diary of Directors and interface with Teams’ diaries
  • maintaining the IT and Engineering teams Greenspace & Yammer pages for news and information
  • support wider IT & Engineering Teams as required

compliance manager

Responsibility

  • develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies
  • manage and coordinate responses to regulatory inspections and audits, and develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary

Responsibility

  • liaise with FM / Operations team to ensure interfaces are clear and understood
