Responsibility
- you will provide first-line customer service to our new and existing customers
- your key roles and responsibilities will be recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support
- as a personable front-of-house representative and an efficient worker, you will recruit and onboard learners for our diverse range of Learning Experience programmes
- create and manage learner accounts, permissions and groups
- administer the CRM and Learner Recruitment Tracker
- report recruitment progress and challenges to the Operations Lead
- recruitment Coordinator
