Responsibility
registration of new patients and maintenance of all records and filing
provide clerical support to the Doctors and other practice staff
ensuring the reception and office area is organised including ordering of consumables

perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, including air and surface sampling
identify and report microbiological contamination, assisting in root cause investigations
prepare and maintain microbiological cultures and reference strains
assist in validating sterilization processes, cleaning procedures, and aseptic techniques
document test results accurately and maintain laboratory records in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice and regulatory guidelines
ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements
degree in Microbiology
experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or aseptic manufacturing environment
knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and microbiological testing techniques
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
experience with environmental monitoring programs
familiarity with sterility testing and microbial identification techniques
effective communication and teamwork skills
