  • they must reside in Scotland and be prepared to make onsite visits to clients in the region, especially around Fife
  • the position is initially part-time, but there is potential for it to become full-time later
  • provide technical support to clients, both remotely and onsite
  • install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
  • troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
  • manage and maintain cloud-based solutions, including Azure and Exchange Online
  • we are a busy Managed IT service provider and we are now looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our team
