- the ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Windows Servers, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Networking
- they must reside in Scotland and be prepared to make onsite visits to clients in the region, especially around Fife
- the position is initially part-time, but there is potential for it to become full-time later
- provide technical support to clients, both remotely and onsite
- install, configure, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
- troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- manage and maintain cloud-based solutions, including Azure and Exchange Online
- we are a busy Managed IT service provider and we are now looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our team
Requirements
- advanced knowledge of Windows Servers, Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Networking
- strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- valid driving license and own vehicle
