IT CITY is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • management and administration of business critical systems of business IT infrastructure, systems, and services
  • managing and remediating infrastructure security vulnerabilities
  • provide 3rd line escalation for internal support teams and colleagues
  • administer software updates, system backups and endpoint security systems
  • create and maintain technical documentation, policies, and procedures
  • help us to improve Ops processes and tooling, including automation, reporting and observability
  • establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners
  • work on large scale projects and help us on our journey to Cloud SaaS/IaaS/PaaS solutions, including AWS and Azure

Requirements

  • ITIL/ITSM Accreditation or similar qualifications
  • experience of supporting business critical systems in a retail, warehousing, or manufacturing environment
