Role Summary
We are looking for a fluent Bangla speaking sale professional with solid experience in sales, results-driven and self-motivated. Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. Effectively communicate with senior management and colleagues as well as high profile guests and associates. The successful candidate will already have good contacts in the UK Bengali community as well as an understanding of the principles and values of the company.
Role responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure sales forecast and revenue targets are met, expand ICB client base and solidify ICB presence
Liaise with the sales team, the Head of ICB and senior management to contribute to the development of sales strategies
Establish productive and professional relationships with clients and key personnel. This will include arranging regular meetings with clients to discuss and analyse their requirements
Compile and analyse sales f
Responsibility: liaise with the sales team, the Head of ICB and senior management to contribute to the development of sales strategies, provide proposals to boost revenue and develop new revenue streams, take full responsibility for advertising campaigns, liaise with clients, production and post-production teams from conceptualisation until final delivery of product/services, respond swiftly to enquiries from clients and potential clients and make sure any issues are addressed and resolved as quickly as possible
Requirements: you will ideally have a degree or postgraduate qualification in sales, marketing, business development or other relevant qualifications
