Responsibility

  • deliver Rock and Pop Band Sessions: Teach groups of children across up to 10 primary schools per week
  • multi-Instrumental Instruction: Teach drums, keyboard, guitar, and vocals within a band setting
  • build Relationships: Develop strong connections with students, parents, schools, and the broader community
  • facilitate Performances: Guide students as they prepare for and perform in their first live shows
  • manage Administrative Tasks: Complete daily administrative duties, approximately 30 minutes per day
  • student Certification: Assist students in achieving entry-level music qualifications within the RSL framework
  • active Engagement: Take on a physically active role, including setting up and breaking down musical equipment for each session

  • develop and oversee an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly and effectively
