- is a building development company working within the insurance repair sector across the South & South East of the UK on behalf of several national insurance companies
- we are looking for a dedicated and driven Junior Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team in the insurance repair sector of the group
- the job is extremely varied on a daily basis and therefore you will be expected to be able to multitask well and use your own initiative to work independently
- chasing Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans and gathering H&S information ready for submitting
- constructing and updating schedules of works
- putting together works orders for operatives
- hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, with an 1/2 hour lunch break
- the ideal candidate will exhibit a high standard of communication skills being confident on the phone and with email, and have an ability to take initiative, prioritise daily tasks efficiently and have a positive hardworking growth mindset
Requirements
- proficient in the use of I.T.- able to competently use Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint & Outlook etc
- professional telephone etiquette - confident receiving and making telephone calls
- confident dealing with customers as well as challenging customers and dealing with complaints
- customer service skills/ experience
- positive attitude towards staff members, customers, and contractors
- compliance with GDPR, Data Protection & COVID-19 Guidelines
- office Environment: 1 year
- teamwork - you will need to work closely with the management team, contractors, surveyors & the rest of the admin team therefore it is vital to be a team player and have a positive growth mindset
