we are looking for a dedicated and driven Junior Assistant Project Manager to join our expanding team in the insurance repair sector of the group
the job is extremely varied on a daily basis and therefore you will be expected to be able to multitask well and use your own initiative to work independently
chasing Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans and gathering H&S information ready for submitting
constructing and updating schedules of works
putting together works orders for operatives
hours of work: Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, with an 1/2 hour lunch break
the ideal candidate will exhibit a high standard of communication skills being confident on the phone and with email, and have an ability to take initiative, prioritise daily tasks efficiently and have a positive hardworking growth mindset
Requirements
proficient in the use of I.T.- able to competently use Microsoft Word, Excel, Sharepoint & Outlook etc
professional telephone etiquette - confident receiving and making telephone calls
confident dealing with customers as well as challenging customers and dealing with complaints
customer service skills/ experience
positive attitude towards staff members, customers, and contractors
compliance with GDPR, Data Protection & COVID-19 Guidelines
office Environment: 1 year
teamwork - you will need to work closely with the management team, contractors, surveyors & the rest of the admin team therefore it is vital to be a team player and have a positive growth mindset
