- we are seeking motivated people to ensure the effective delivery of the highest standards of care and support to the service users at Iota Care, to enhance their independence, opportunities and overall well-being

- our care provision consist of 2 small residential homes and a respite house, supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and other complex needs

- there is additional pay for sleep in duties, 33 days paid leave per year and an enhanced rate for overtime, also a company contribution to your pension
