- work with managers and directors on a daily basis to provide advice and guidance regarding HR
- involvement in ER casework
- provide support to employees in various HR-related topics

- supervision and development of the HR Administrator
- responsible for the employee lifecycle from start to finish, from developing job descriptions, advertising vacancies, assisting with the interview process and inductions to exit interviews and leaver documentation
- involvement in continuous improvement plans to ensure measurement and enhancement of the employee experience by listening and gathering feedback
