Responsibility

  • you will attend young people’s meetings and contribute to them
  • drive company vehicles
  • you will have responsibility for keeping financial records up to date appropriate to the duties of the role
  • you will carry out all other reasonable tasks as requested by your line manager
  • you will receive full training and support to ensure you can be the best in your role. You will remain up to date with your training as part of your role
  • you will be responsible for the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues in line with the requirements of Invigor Adolescent Care Health and Safety Policies
  • you will support the young people to ensure their physical, emotional, behavioural, cultural and educational needs are met
  • responsible to: Home Manager
