Responsibility
- headhunting and identifying suitable candidates for roles in the business
- completing application packs, ensuring all areas are completed and signed accordingly
- carrying out the relevant id checks for compliance of the right to work in the UK
- developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
- managing interviews for new roles, reviewing all applications and creating a shortlist of candidates
- briefing the candidate about the role, monies and contract details of the job in question
- completing the company site induction for the client prior to arriving on site
- introducing new staff in to the required positions for the client, ensuring paperwork has been completed and authorised
