- we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Residential Support Worker We are looking to strengthen our existing staff team with like-minded, ambitious individuals, who strive for the best outcomes for our young people
- you will be part of a team working with children aged between 11-18 years old, to provide a nurturing, positive and homely environment
- able to work various shift patterns, including - evenings, bank holidays and weekends
- your focus will be on building positive relationships with the children in your care, meeting their needs, safeguarding them at all times, and working to the high standards we set out in our daily working practices
