- intralet Ltd are a general property maintenance provider to the residential lettings industry servicing property primarily accross Mid and West Suffolk and North Essex
- strong organisational skills
- we have a vacancy for a fully qualified gas engineer to conduct gas safety certification, servicing, breakdown diagnostic and repair, new and replacement installations, in addition to more complex plumbing works that are perhaps beyond the skillset of the general maintenance team
- the successful applicant will need to liaise closely with our clients’ lettings teams but equally be able to work independently and with initiative and a “can do” attitude in the field
- no two days work will be the same, often with multiple tasks in varying locations during the day and occasional smaller projects lasting a few days/weeks
- whilst holding the required level of qualification is essential, further merit will be given where additional skillsets can be demonstrated for example
