Responsibility
- manage, mentor, and lead the technical team, to ensure IT operations run smoothly
- maintain close collaboration with games managers to provide transparency in technical delivery
- managing IT support and operations process to ensure technical SLA’s are being met
- provide high level 3rd/4th line support for IT and technical operation issues
- establishing new processes and services to streamline IT operations
- technical asset management, tracking Beat Boxes, mobile phones and laptops
- monitoring our platform and fostering a culture of observability
- automating the process, security and deployment of mobile phones and laptops
Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- at least 5 years' experience in an IT service environment
- excellent leadership and mentoring skills, personal drive, and ability to see projects through to execution
- experience with configuration management, provisioning, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps concepts and tools
- experience with observability and monitoring
- experience with Microsoft 365 admin and Google Workspace
- knowledge and passionate about cloud native technologies, AWS, GCP
- information Technology: 3 years
- proactive and persistent when it comes to problem solving
