Responsibility

- lead strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of all Intelligent Change events, across both the customer and retailer communities

Requirements
- strong project management experience across multiple stakeholders, particularly with planning, communications and financial management components
- ability to work independently in ambiguity, as well as collaboratively with the team and external partners
- experience with analytics, budgeting, reporting, and working towards set KPIs
- you are passionate about delivering unrivaled customer experience in the hospitality and events space
- strong eye for aesthetics, details, and design
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- you are a strong communicator and are able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; suppliers, guests, VIPs, influencers
- you are a self-starter, highly motivated and show initiative
