Responsibility
place purchase orders with approved company suppliers as and when required
raising and completing of Production orders and Purchase orders
assist in running outstanding purchase order report and ensuring acknowledgements received and updated on the company's software system
assist in the booking in of supplier deliveries on a daily basis, liaise with Production Manager for paperwork regarding incoming deliveries
accurate inputting of operational processing and checking orders
general admin for the department comprising of filing, printing, scanning etc
use the SAP system to complete and update Production paperwork in order that stock activity is accurate and customer orders can be despatched
assist in chasing suppliers and expediting purchase orders when required
