Responsibility

  • conduct retained executive search assignments for senior, C-Suite Technology executives; e.g. CTO, CISO, CIO
  • build a strong tech brand for attracting both the obvious as well as the more covert talents in the industry
  • work with international InsurTech and Insurance sector clients, sourcing and recruiting the best technology candidates for their business in the United States, UK and Europe
  • work with international clients, sourcing and recruiting the best technology candidates for their business in the United States, UK and Europe
  • take ownership of all aspects of the recruitment assignments, including developing and expanding relationships with the existing clients, role assessment, market mapping, candidate sourcing, CV presentation and interview & offer management
