  • we have a team of twelve in house trades, an office manager and company director that work alongside eachother daily
  • our work ranges from Bathroom installations, to extensions, loft conversions and property refurbishments
  • we are looking for an Estimator/ Project manager to join our team
  • develop and maintain a database of project costs and resources
  • analyse project costs and resources to determine the most cost-effective approach
  • develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • this includes creating accurate estimates of project costs, materials, labour, and equipment; researching and evaluating suppliers; and managing the bid process
  • prepare estimates for projects based on available data and resources
