  • to be aware of the information required by funders to evidence project performance, and to support staff to collect information as per these requirements

  • the post holder
  • the successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing a cluster of Supported Living Services ensuring high quality provision which complies with commissioners and regulation specification
  • this includes day-to-day line management duties, maintaining and forming excellent relationships with health and social care professionals, families’, landlords and other internal or external stakeholders / partners
  • must have an NVQ / QCF / Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent at level 4 / level 5 or hold a level 3 with a view to achieve the appropriate qualification within a 24-month timeframe
