Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the air purifier or related industries
  • strong leadership skills with experience managing teams
  • excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • proficient in quality control methodologies and statistical analysis
  • familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards
  • exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • quality assurance: 5 years

Education

  • bachelor's

Responsibility

  • develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, government regulations, and customer requirements
  • lead a team of quality assurance specialists and technicians, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and efficiency
  • collaborate with product development teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product design and manufacturing processes
  • oversee the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards
  • analyze data from quality testing and inspections to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • manage the resolution of product issues, coordinating with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions swiftly
  • prepare and present reports on quality control activities, findings, and improvements to senior management and stakeholders
