Responsibility
oversee a small AP/AR team conducting objectives, appraisals and career development
ensure the team delivers all tasks and response timelines are maintained
report on AP/AR performances to senior stakeholders
support Group Treasury on effective cash flow management and reporting
partner with the business to embed the purchase order process
deal with any query escalations that the team need support to resolve
support on the interim and year end audits
advise and implement best practice ways of working and undertake continuous improvement working with IT, Finance systems and the wider business to implement changes

independently service and maintain chillers of various sizes
work on different compressor types
perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
conduct advanced fault finding and compile dilapidation reports
accurately complete and submit work reports to a high standard
Requirements
proficiency in working with centrifugal/Turbocor Compressors is desirable
diploma in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent or a wealth of experience
F-Gas Category 1 certification is essential
proven experience with VRV systems and chillers
strong understanding of the refrigeration cycle and ability to diagnose issues
competence in using manufacturer-specific service software
excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
