Responsibility
- we have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our maintenance team as a Trainee Painter and Decorator
- conducting routine maintenance and repair work on our facilities
- you will be working within our services throughout various locations in the Northwest of England alongside our existing maintenance team
- identify and implement general household/office repairs within your remit to a high standard
- we will fund a painting and decorating course which will require attending college one day per week
- identify and report the need for major repairs
- ensure fixtures and fittings are in good working order
- the successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day up keep of our group living, residential block and independent properties
