junior project manager
Responsibility
- providing written reports for project groups, in partnership with chair and project team
- liaising with NHSE regarding key deadlines for returns and submissions
- supporting the NEL diagnostic networks
- supporting the CDC programme and Trust leads, when required
- updating of PMO documents, such as status reports and risk and issue logs
- ensuring all communications are provided for governance boards and also provided to meetings linked to the diagnostic programme, such as Trust Hospital Boards
- 3.3 Staff management Provide training, advice and support on own role/responsibilities where necessary Support training and induction of new staff
- 3.1 Operational requirements Postholder prioritises and has responsibility for own work area Effectively support and manage stakeholders who are involved in their project areas Provide coordination of and participates in meetings, providing information advice and support where requested Provide relevant and timely specialist advice and guidance on functional and information matters Responsible for preparation of correspondence and complex papers, as directed by manager
