Requirements
level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management
two years’ experience co-ordinating services for people with a learning/ intellectual disability and/or autism or equivalent

oversee daily operations of the café, including food production, customer service, and staff management
ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to customers
develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all aspects of café operations
train and supervise café staff, providing guidance and support as needed
monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, adhering to health and safety regulations
handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve café performance
Requirements
previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting
strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary principles
