Responsibility
taking incoming enquiries from potential clients regarding weddings, meetings and other events
organising venue viewings with prospective clients and fostering relationships with them from an initial enquiry through to their event day
to collate costs and ensure invoices are sent correctly
to arrange bookings, table plans and allocate work to team members
carry out post-event calls to the organiser to ensure client satisfaction
assisting the F&B Manager and Events team to determine pricing and promotions
oversight of facilities and premises management – ensuring the venue is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
arranging with others to update the website and other online advertising channels
