Responsibility

  • taking incoming enquiries from potential clients regarding weddings, meetings and other events
  • organising venue viewings with prospective clients and fostering relationships with them from an initial enquiry through to their event day
  • to collate costs and ensure invoices are sent correctly
  • to arrange bookings, table plans and allocate work to team members
  • carry out post-event calls to the organiser to ensure client satisfaction
  • assisting the F&B Manager and Events team to determine pricing and promotions
  • oversight of facilities and premises management – ensuring the venue is clean, tidy and presentable at all times
  • arranging with others to update the website and other online advertising channels

Requirements
