- we are seeking to appoint an ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager to head up the whole of our group activities, including Club Membership, Member Communications, Weddings, Events, Beauty and Day Spa
- this Sales and Marketing Manager appointment requires a person who relishes the exhilaration presented by this challenge and is not afraid of the hard work needed to achieve what is expected of them
- the Leisure Industry provides an exciting, stimulating space to occupy, but working weeks are not always 9 to 5pm, Monday to Friday as we need to be available when prospective clients want to visit us
- beechdown is indisputably the finest health club in the area with 3000 members and a reputation for great customer service, exemplified by regular communication of the wide ranging schedule of activities that are available to members
- the focus of the club has always been the members and so we typically see great retention and organic growth of the member-base
- this allows Sales and Marketing the opportunity to focus on communication and messaging, brand and creativity rather than the aggressive sales pitches adopted by some leisure outlets
- the skills that would help someone to thrive include social media, website maintenance and copywriting for exciting and friendly communications such as internal newsletters
