Responsibility
- we have an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Logistics Services Manager at our Fourpure Brewery based in Bermondsey
- this is a great opportunity to join one of the largest independent craft breweries in London
- ensure the Sales Operations team provides a world class customer service by following our Best Practice guidelines
- you will be the first point of contact for pallet orders dispatches, all haulage administration, and external warehouses’ stock movement coordination
- assist with weekly team meeting presentation and support in general communication with the Warehouse and Dray team members
- log any Sales Ops DIFOT, order delays and/or delivery DIFOTs using our KPI trackers
- main point of contact for booking and organising dispatch of pallet orders – responsible for processing pallet labels
- main point of contact for haulier bookings for the rest of the business

Requirements
- 3 years in a sales operations environment
- experience in supply chain/live production environments
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- working in an agile SME with high levels of growth and change
- experience using CRM systems is necessary
- can-do attitude to problem solving
- exceptional people skills and being able to manage a team
