act as a point of escalation for technical issues and challenges, helping to identify and implement effective solutions
being a key member of the Engineering Team, you will be responsible for guiding and overseeing technical aspects of projects with teams here in the UK and on occasion projects in Europe
you will be required to have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

being the primary point of escalation for all technical issues you will be liaising and supporting the wider Field Service Engineering Team as a second line of support for our clients
