Responsibility
- deliver Impellus training courses, setting exemplary standards for your team
- project manage product development initiatives that will add commercial value to our organisation
- lead, motivate and inspire our in-house and associate trainers who deliver training to companies and organisations across the UK, fostering an environment where their feedback is actively encouraged and used to make improvements
- regularly review and develop course content and monitor quality to ensure our training is current, relevant and provides immediate and measurable results for our customers
- spearhead research projects to identify current trends and theories in training delivery and content, ensuring all Impellus trainers receive necessary internal training
- act as a proactive member of the management team, sharing knowledge, thinking cross-functionally, providing constructive feedback and collaborating to solve business challenges
Requirements
- A strong background in learning design and training delivery, with a customer-centric approach
- at least three years’ experience leading and managing teams, preferably in a learning and development environment
- expertise in learning needs analysis
- commercial acumen and an understanding of the importance of brand value
